getting plugged in...

so i decided tonight was the night that i went forward after AXIS at Willow Creek to discuss how i can get "plugged in" - that is, to get involved... i am one who does not like to sit back in a church (or similar setting) and go, take notes, sing songs, etc. and then leave. i want to be active in what i do, this is true for alot of things that i do and somethings i cut short because i cannot work it into my schedule. but i can fit AXIS into my schedule since it'll be after regular evening service (ending at 8:00) and i can work on homework and etc. as soon as i am done with the second part of AXIS... this will probably mean that i'll have to drive myself out there instead of riding along with Ben, Jen and whoever else.
