sometimes i wish i could play the electric guitar awesome and better than anyone else; my skills would not due to years of practice but by osmosis; osmosis is defined by www.dictionary.com as "A gradual, often unconscious process of assimilation or absorption"; and that's how i'd want to learn how to play the electric guitar among other instruments... if i knew people who were osmosis-esque in the music scene somehow, i'd start a band and we'd go platinum and our concerts would always sellout and our merch would become extremely well known and valuable and our signatures/autographs would demand top dollar, so that if we ever needed cash in a flash we'd just sign anything and it would be like gold...
we'd eat the best things out there, go around the world and sightsee and perform and we'd be all that and everything would be put on someone's else's tab and we'd have enough money to by anything this world has to offer...
but enough of the wishing and down to reality-
and that reality is everything i mentioned is not enough, GOD is enough for me...
so- i hope i do learn how to play the electric guitar/drums/etc. but it won't come by osmosis, because anything worth learning in this life takes time.
