my siblings and family = the royal tenenbaums

at times i feel that this is my family:
the royal tenenbaums.
we all have different gifts;
i have the gene for learning languages

h has the artist gene
a has the sports gene - in particular, long distance running/basketball/soccer
k has the music gene - she is very adaptable and can learn an
instrument very quickly; at this time it is piano/trumpet/violin.

and yet were all shifting from what comes "naturally".

i am becoming a youth worker/pastor of sorts
h desires to be a lawyer
a wants to be a child psychologist of sorts
k wants to do something with horses

so we all are shifting,
to do what we like
and
to do what we feel in some regards.
who knows?
maybe the shift will change into another shift
that would be interesting...

we're the royal tenenbaums in some regards,
decking out solely in adidas is not one of the ways...
